270.07 STAFF SUPPORT.

The Civil Service Board shall have no permanently assigned staff. Staff support and necessary supplies shall be provided by the City Manager or his or her designee. In addition, the Board may retain counsel and any other consultants or experts, including testing agencies, physicians and psychiatrists, as necessary and approved by the City Council.
