268.01 COUNCIL TO ACT AS BOARD OF HEALTH.
   (a)   Council shall exercise all rights, duties and obligations imposed by law upon boards of health in cities of the third class.

   (b)   Council hereby appoints itself as a permanent Board of Health to act in all cases involving matters of health in the City.
