248.07 CITY MANAGER AS AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY AND CONTACT WITH FEMA AND PEMA.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City all required forms and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (P.L. 93-288, as amended by P.L. 100-707).
