247.02 CENTRAL RECORD AND FILING SYSTEM.
   (a)   The Department of Codes & Permits shall develop, maintain and upgrade a central record and filing system for all code actions and permits.
   (b)   The central record and filing system shall consist of housing condition, assessment and zoning data, inspection records and reports, permit applications, violation and compliance reports, vacancy data, appeal, hearing information and escrow accounts.
