220.02 ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.

   The administrative service of the City shall be under the City Manager and shall be comprised of the following departments and heads thereof:

Department of Finance               Director

Department of Public Works               Director

Department of Fire                  Director/Chief of Fire

Department of Police                  Director/Chief of Police

Department of Community and Economic Development   Director
