When the administration submits any type of ordinance and/or resolution for consideration by Council, a representative of the administration and/or an official from the appropriate department shall be present at the Council meeting to provide information and answer questions relative to the ordinance and/or resolution. Council hereby requests such attendance at the introduction of such ordinance and/or resolution.
