211.01 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (a)   The Mayor shall be one of nine Councilmembers with powers and duties identical to those of the other members of Council.
   (b)   The Mayor shall preside over Council, sign all ordinances and have such duties as are provided in the Home Rule Charter. The Mayor shall be the ceremonial head and official representative of the City. The Mayor shall have no veto power.
