Any violation of any of the provisions of these Codified Ordinances, or of any other ordinance, by any officer, agent or other person acting for or employed by any corporation, company, society or association, while acting within the scope of his or her office or employment, shall in every case also be deemed to be a violation by such corporation, company, society or association.
Any officer, agent or other person acting for or employed by any corporation, company, society or association shall be subject and liable to punishment, as well as such corporation, company, society or association, for the violation by it of any provision of these Codified Ordinances or any other ordinance where such violation was the act, omission or order, or the result of an act, omission or order, of any such person.
