The petition shall be uniform in size and style and capable of being assembled as one instrument for filing. Each signature to the petition shall be executed in ink or indelible pencil and shall include the address of the person signing and the date signed. Petitions shall contain or have attached thereto throughout their circulation the full text of the ordinance proposed for enactment or repeal.
