ARTICLE VII.
CITY CLERK
   The City Clerk shall keep an accurate, unbiased record of all meetings of the Council, shall be custodian of and notary for the official records, documents, and seal of the City, and may administer oaths in connection with City offices unless the oath administration is otherwise provided for by law or this Charter.
   The City Clerk may perform other duties specified in the Administrative Code expanding the duties in this Article. The duties of the City Clerk shall not be duplicative in any way of the duties of the City Manager.
