(a) At the time of their candidacy for election and during their tenure in office, all elected officials shall be residents and domiciliaries of the Municipality and shall be registered voters.
(b) All elected officers shall be elected at large by the qualified voters of the Municipality for four (4) year terms of office, commencing on the first Monday of January of the year following the Municipal election in which they shall have been elected.
