112. Ethics Law.

All officials and employees of the Municipality shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Public Official and Employee Ethics Law as now in effect or as hereafter amended. The Council may adopt a Municipal ethics ordinance which may be more restrictive but shall not conflict with the said Ethics Law.
