109. Intergovernmental Relations.

The Municipality may exercise any of its power or perform any of its functions and may participate in the financing thereof, jointly or in cooperation, by contract or otherwise, with the United States of America or any agency thereof, and/or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any political subdivision or agency thereof.
