509.09 UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES UPON PRIVATE PREMISES.

   (a)    No owner or occupier of premises shall knowingly permit the conducting of any activity in violation of the following sections of the General Offenses Code upon his premises or upon premises which are under his direct supervision or for which he is responsible:

      (1)    Failure to disperse, 509.02;

      (2)    Disorderly conduct, 509.03;

      (3)    Criminal damaging or endangering, 541.03; and

      (4)    Criminal mischief, 541.04.

   (b)    If five or more persons are participating in a concerted cause of conduct which is in violation of the aforementioned provisions, such owner or occupier of the premises upon which concerted cause of conduct is being pursued shall be presumed to have knowledge of such cause of conduct.

   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
