(a) No person shall park his motor vehicle continuously in the same place for more than seventy-two hours on any public way in the Municipality.
(b) No person shall park any motor vehicle on either side of the following streets within the Municipality:
(1) Edwards Road.
(2) Jersey Street.
(3) Williams Street.
(4) Oregon Street.
(5) Maple Street.
(6) East Pratt Street from the intersection of Track Street to end of roadway limits.
(7) Douglas Street.
(8) South Kasson (Douglas Street to Jersey Street).

(c) The following shall apply within the subdivisions of Concord Crossing, Concord East, Leafy Dell, Kyber Run and Rolling Meadows: Parking shall be limited to one side of the street as designated by signage upon those streets. Vehicles shall not obstruct fire hydrants (pursuant to the ORC) or mailboxes when parked upon streets.
(d) Unless otherwise designated above, whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
