(a) Lot Area. For each principal pennitted use, the lot area shall be not less than five (5) acres.
(b) Minimum Lot Frontage. Two hundred (200) feet frontage on a dedicated, improved street or highway.
(c) Minimum Front Yard Depth (From Edge of Road Right-of-Way). Fifty (50) feet.
(d) Minimum Side Yard Width. Twenty (20) feet.
(e) Minimum Sum of Side Yard Widths. Forty (40) feet.
(f) Minimum Rear Yard Depth. Fifty (50) feet.
(g) Maximum Building Height. Forty-five (45) feet for buildings. Silos, windmills, or any other structure listed as a pennitted, accessory or conditional use may exceed this height provided such structures maintain a distance equal to their height to any adjacent property or zoning district.
