Buildings and land within the SU District shall be utilized only for one (1) of the uses set forth in the following schedule:

Institutional and/or Educational: Government and public buildings, police/fire/EMS stations and buildings, public parks, museums, preschools, primary and secondary public, private or parochial schools. | Parking areas, playgrounds, signs |
Public Owned Cemeteries: | Signs, maintenance facilities |
