The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to Johnstown, Ohio before the review process begins. Please consult with Johnstown, Ohio Engineer and/or the Village Manager for current fee schedule.
