1198.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

Johnstown, Ohio shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. Johnstown, Ohio may contract with the Licking County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
