1197.14 FEES.

The Comprehensive Storm Water Management Plan review, filing, and inspection fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to Johnstown, Ohio before the review process begins. The Village Engineer and/or Village Manager shall establish a fee schedule based upon the actual estimated cost for providing these services.
