Notice shall be given at least seven days prior to the public hearing and be published on the Village of Johnstown webpage. Property owners as listed under Section 1131.02(d) may be notified at least seven days prior to the hearing by certified mail return receipt requested. Such notice shall include the place, time, date and nature of the conditional use applied for.
