1189.01 ADOPTION.

The City of Johnstown Ohio will utilize and adopt the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) as promulgated by the International Code Council (ICC). The IPMC shall apply and be enforced within the City. The Code can be accessed in Section 1189.02.
