No person shall enter or remain in a park after the hours of a legally permitted activity, those hours in Johnstown, Ohio being from dawn to dusk, without a permit from the Village Manger or his/her designee. After-hours use of bike paths fully or partially contained within a park is permitted where those persons are making progression through the park by continuous movement along the paths.
