955.12 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES.

(a) No person in a park shall sell or offer for sale any article, privilege, or service without having first obtained written permission from the Village Manager or his/her designee.

(b) No person in a park shall beg, peddle or solicit for money, a privilege or a service.
