No person in a park except an Officer or the Village Manager or his/her designee shall carry on or about his or her person any hazardous materials including a container capable of propelling paint or other hazardous material by means of a gaseous or liquid charge. Personal protection devices such as mace, pepper spray etc., may be excluded from this provision provided they are used only in the appropriate situation for their intended purposes.
