171.06 CONTEMPT OF MAYOR’S COURT.
   (a)   No person shall commit any of the following offenses which are defined as to be acts of contempt of Mayor’s Court.
      (1)   Any breach of peace, boisterous conduct, disturbance, disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior toward the Mayor’s Court Magistrate tending to interrupt the due course of a trial or other judicial proceeding before him.
      (2)   Disobedience of, or resistance to, a lawful writ, process order, rule, judgment, or command of the Mayor’s Court, or any officer thereof.
      (3)   Misbehavior of an officer of the court in the performance of his official duties, or in his official transactions.
      (4)   Failure to obey a subpoena served, or a refusal to be sworn in to answer as a witness, when lawfully required.
      (5)   Misbehavior in the presence of or so near the Mayor’s Court as to obstruct the administration of justice.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of contempt of Mayor’s Court, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and may be fined up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and sentenced to jail for not more than thirty days, or both.
