171.05 FAILURE OF PERSON SUMMONED TO APPEAR.
   (a)   Any person summoned to appear before the Mayor’s Court of the Village of Johnstown, Licking County, Ohio, for an alleged violation of any ordinance of the Village of Johnstown, who fails to appear without just cause and service of summons was had upon him, is guilty of contempt of court.
   (b)   Upon failure of a person summoned to appear, the Court may forthwith issue a warrant for such person’s arrest.
   (c)   Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and may be fined a sum not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and sentenced to jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
