(a) Costs in proceedings before the Mayor’s Court shall be taxed against all cases as follows:
(1) | Administrative preparation, docketing and supplies. | As established by order of Court. |
(2) | Subpoena of each witness | $10.00 |
(3) | Furnishing a copy of any case or any portion thereof to any person other than a court of record. | $1.00 per page/minimum $3.00 |
(4) | All costs as established by the Ohio Revised Code. | |
(b) The charges set out above shall be imposed in addition to any fine or penalty which may be given to a defendant found guilty of the violation of any Village ordinance in the Mayor’s Court.
