(a) Time and Place. The Commission shall meet on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Offices, 129 East Coshocton Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.
(b) Special Meetings. A special meeting of the Commission may be called by the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or Secretary or by a majority of the members of the Commission.
(c) Calendar. After the first meeting of the Commission in any calendar year, the Commission shall publish a schedule of the remaining meetings for that calendar year.
(d) Voting. Five members in attendance shall be required to conduct regular or special business at any meeting of the membership.
(e) Rules of Order. Rules of order for all meetings shall be the most recent edition of Roberts Rules of Order, revised.
