153.01 NAME AND OBJECTIVE.
   (a)   Name. The name of this organization is the Johnstown Community Development Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission".
   (b)   Purpose of Organization. The purpose of this Commission shall be for the consideration of issues relating to the growth of the Village of Johnstown, including promoting and coordinating downtown activities.
