150.03 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Records Commission shall have such duties and responsibilities as set forth in Ohio R.C. 149.39. The Commission shall also be permitted to establish such rules and regulations in order to fulfill the intent and purposes of Ohio R.C. 149.39.
