Application for such permits shall be submitted to the Village Clerk and must be approved by the Manager prior to issuance after a fee of five dollars ($5.00) is paid. Such application for permit shall include the name of the applicant who shall be a resident of the Village, address, telephone number, nature of merchandise to be offered for sale, date of sale and hours and duration of the sale. A permit must be obtained for each home sale conducted within the regulations of this chapter with the exception of Labor Day Weekend.
