(a) All signs advertising home sales shall comply with the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Code.
(b) Home Sales shall not exceed six square feet in area, and shall not be illuminated.
(c) A single sale sign may be placed on the property where the sale is to be conducted, and on three private properties within 3,000 feet of the sale with written permission of the property owners. In no case shall the signs be placed on public property or rights of way.
(d) Home sale signs may be displayed one day prior to the home sale which they advertise, and during the home sale, but must be removed within twenty-four hours of the end of the home sale. (Ord. 10-08. Passed 10-7-08.)
