For the purpose of this chapter, “home sale” means a sale of personal property to the general public from any portion of a residence property within a district of the Village which is zoned residential or properties whose primary occupancy is residential and including, but not limited to, garage sales, yard sales, rummage sales, patio sales, basement sales, porch sales and the like.
