125.05 METHOD; RECORD.
   (a)    Any notification provided for by this chapter may be given in person or by telephone. If given by telephone, such notice shall be deemed to have been reasonably given after two calls have been timely placed to the telephone numbers on file with the Clerk for the persons entitled to receive notification.
   In the event a person other than the person to whom notice is to be given answers the telephone, and the person to whom notice is to be given is not available at that time, then notice shall be deemed to have been given if the person placing the telephone call gives notification to the person answering the telephone with a request that the person to whom notice is to be given be notified as soon as possible.
   (b)    Any person or persons who give any notification called for in this chapter, either in person, by telephone or by mail shall, at the meeting for which the notification was given, cause to be inserted in the minutes of such meeting the name of the person to whom notification was given and the date, time and method of notification.
