121.02 COMMITTEES.
   (a)    Creation; Members. Council may from time to time establish various committees for the purpose of assisting Council in carrying out its official duties. Such committees shall consist of three (3) Council members and such other persons as Council deems necessary. (Ord. 06-2010. Passed 2-2-10.)
   (b)    Report; Termination. Such committees shall furnish Council with an annual report of their activities. Such report shall be made at the first regularly scheduled Council meeting of each year. Unless Council extends the life of such committees, they shall terminate after the issuance of their annual report.
