Council shall provide for the preparation of a general codification, a recodification, a revision, or a rearrangement of all municipal ordinances which shall be adopted by Council by ordinance and shall be published in printed form, together with this Charter. A current service supplementing the Municipality's codified ordinances shall be maintained in the manner prescribed by Council as needed but no less than every three years from the effective date of this Charter.
