(a) Whenever, in the opinion of Council, such procedure is desirable or necessary, Council may affix conspicuously on the buildings of part thereof the notice or order of vacation.
(b) The Zoning Inspector and Fire Inspector shall cause to be posted at each entrance to any building deemed unsafe, a notice to read: DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. VILLAGE OF JOHNSTOWN OHIO.
Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without permission of the Zoning Inspector.
