The areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled “Flood Insurance Study Licking County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas” dated May 2, 2007. This study, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps dated May 2, 2007 and any revisions thereto, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance. The Flood Insurance Study and Flood Insurance Rate Maps are on file at the offices of the Village of Johnstown.
