1315.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be assessed a penally of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each and every violation. Complaints for violation to of the provisions of this chapter shall be commenced through the Mayor's Court.
