945.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter or fails to comply with a legal notice issued pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) in addition to paying removal costs. Each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
