(a) All franchisees or licensees shall secure, at his own cost and maintain at all times during the effective term of the license, public liability insurance on all motor vehicles and equipment used within the Village. Such insurance shall cover property damage, personal injury and death arising from performance of the service covered by the license issued. The amount of required insurance shall be in an amount established by the Village.
(b) The licensee shall present proper evidence of such liability insurance to the Manager before a license shall be issued.
