941.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE .

No person, firm or corporation shall collect, remove or transport garbage and refuse within the Village without first obtaining a license from the Manager. Application for such license shall be made to the Manager and such application shall include such information as the Manager prescribes. The fee for such license shall be as set by Council.
