Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation continues or occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Village by reason of such violation.
