(a) No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the Village, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the Village, any sewage or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with this chapter.
(b) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with, or opening into; use; alter; or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Manager.
(c) All disposal by any person into the sewer system is unlawful except those discharges in compliance with Federal standards and more stringent State and local standards.
