(a) Any culvert hereafter constructed or installed under driveways within the Municipality shall be at least eighteen feet in length and not less than twelve inches in diameter or as otherwise established by the Village Engineer.
(b) The cost of driveway drain pipe shall be borne by the landowner or person installing the driveway and that the installation be supervised by the Village.
