725.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter,
   (a)   "Towing" means the pulling or transporting of one motor vehicle under the power and control of another motor vehicle.
   (b)   "Towing Contractor" means an individual, firm, corporation, partnership, or other association who tows motor vehicles for compensation.
