723.15 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR.

The franchisee shall maintain all cable television services within the Village in a workmanlike manner and shall have an employee available for repairs, as necessary, for the proper maintenance of the system, as well as such employees as are necessary for the maintenance of each subscriber's installation.
