723.13 BREACH OR DEFAULT; TERMINATION.

In the event of the franchisee's violation, breach or default of any of the terms, conditions or provisions of the franchise, the franchisee shall have thirty days after notice thereof to correct same. Failure to do so shall result in the termination of the franchise and the franchise shall be null and void.
