723.04 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.

(a) The franchisee shall at all times be subject to all lawful exercise of the police power by the Village and to such reasonable regulations as the Village shall hereafter provide.

(b) The franchisee shall at all times comply with FCC rules and regulations concerning the maintenance, operation, construction and broadcasting of cable television plants within the United States. In the event of any violations of any of such provisions the rules and regulations of the FCC shall apply.
